In the rare event a shipping carrier cracks or damages a jar in transit, email a quick photo of the box and jar to eagerbeaverbbq@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number — we will ship a free replacement jar right away with zero return shipping required.

Food-Safety Return Policy

Because our 16 oz bottled BBQ sauces, dry rubs, and seasonal smokehouse items are consumable food products regulated for food safety, all food and sauce sales are final once shipped or picked up. We cannot accept opened or returned food jars back into inventory.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If we ever pack the wrong flavor, miss an item, or if a jar arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right immediately with a free replacement shipment or prompt refund to your original payment method.

Sending Eager Beaver BBQ sauce to family, friends, or clients? Check “This order is a gift” during checkout to include a free custom gift message. Gift packages always receive a price-free Gift Packing Slip inside the box, while the payment receipt goes strictly to the sender’s billing email.

Apparel & Merchandise Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed official Eager Beaver BBQ apparel (such as T-shirts or hats) in original condition may be returned or exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before mailing apparel back so we can hold your replacement size.
