Husband and I had the brisket and ribs., with the meatball appetizer. All of it good and not too fatty or greasy.  We had spent most of the day in Galena and it was a beautiful drive over to a rather quiet restaurant. Not sure if this place is usually quiet, but it was an early dinner time. I had a great experience here and the pizza was amazing. Truly the best pizza I have ever had and the girl who makes the pizzas seems pretty cool too!

BBQ pork sandwich was awesome.  Baked beans were phenomenal. Clean and wait staff was wonderful.

This was the best bbq joint we have been to in a long time. Definitely get the Beaver Balls appetizer! We had “The Whole Damn Thing” with cornbread and honey butter…. AMAZING 🤩! Eager Beaver BBQ absolutely knocked it out of the park! The food was amazing, packed with flavor, and you can tell everything is made with care. The BBQ was tender, smoky, and downright delicious, and the portions were generous. The kind of place where you finish your meal already thinking about what you’re going to order next time! 🤤🔥 On top of the incredible food, the atmosphere and service made the whole experience even better. I generally judge by the brisket. This was unsurpassed. Try the Hot Beaver Sauce (or whatever it was called) for a flavorful kick that most BBQ establishments seem to lack but, be careful if you are spice sensitive. They have other sauces and the brisket was well seasoned with an amazing dry rub crust. The sauce was mainly for my fries.  Oh, try the smoked cobbler.

I went here with both of my kids. Food was amazing. Mac and cheese entree was so good and filling. The shaved ice was AMAZING. It's a nice treat for the kiddos and adults on a hot summer day. The most amazing brisket you will ever have. Everything is pretty much homemade. The cornbread, the honey butter, the brisket is smoked on site. The cobbler rotates, we had the peach. Everything was immaculate. The brisket... 1st bite and I was literally in heaven. I was on a road trip and happened upon the place searching for a place to eat, the portions were perfect. We took 1 lb of brisket to go and a half rack of ribs to try. I left nothing on my plate not one bit of meat or fat even it was that good.

This place is amazing! They have the best cornbread in the entire world!!! I couldn't believe how ive been missing out in the cornbread world! I also had the ribs that wore perfectly cooked and the beans dont even get me started! They were sooooo gooood! This is by far the best resturant around! Oh and then there was the peach cobbler wow i was so full but I couldn't stop eating,  it was the best!   I met the owners they were amazing!! The waits staff and kitchen staff have got it going on! You need to go there and once you do you wont be able to stop! As im typing this my mouth is watering and im going to drive a half hour just to eat the best food around! I didnt take any photos but I will when I go back today! They also have machines for kids to play!! Such an amazing addition!!! Please go there and tell me im wrong!!! I was not paid or told to even write this amazing things deserve to be acknowledged! I can tell they are passionate and care about what they are doing!! I ordered the brisket sandwich and my husband ordered the brisket platter.  I had little hope (I am generally not a brisket fan).
